You will find your order tracking in the Orders tab on your account. You will then have a list of your orders that appears, just look at the Shipping column of the one you want.

If you need more information on the status of your order, we invite you to click on the Tracking tab and then "View my order".

There you will find your tracking number, which you can use to consult the page of the carrier you have selected directly:

If your order has not been shipped, there are two possibilities:

There was no mention of Pre-order on the pages of the ordered articles. In this case, the shipment from our warehouse takes a maximum of 3 working days, to which must be added the delivery time of the chosen carrier.

One of the articles is on pre-order. In this case the shipping time is longer than usual. You will find the estimated shipping date directly on the summary of your order (see article).
