If you need to edit your addresses before placing an order, we invite you to log in to your customer account using your e-mail address & password.

You will find your default delivery address in the Your Addresses section. You can update it, delete it, or/and add a new one.

If your order has already been validated, you can communicate this change to a new address by opening a new conversation (bottom right) directly on the Tajinebanane website and we will do what is necessary, if it is still possible.

Please note that the change of address can no longer be done, even by us, if the package has been taken into the care of the carrier.

You can try to contact the carrier directly in order to modify or add a complementary address.
