At Tajinebanane, we use high quality fabrics with accredited manufacturing and printing. However, if you have received a garment with a defect (example: a seam or fabric defect) or if you have accidentally received the wrong garment, please contact us.

We will ask you to send us photos of the defect or wrong item first.

However, if a defect should appear on a garment ordered a longer time ago (but accepted at the time of delivery), we cannot guarantee an exchange for a new one, as the item is no longer available and/or may be due to natural wear and tear of the product.

In this case, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

Finally, we will not be able to take back an article with stains appearing after washing.
