After having verified that your items respect our return conditions, here is the procedure to follow:

You can now make a return for an exchange, refund or credit note directly on the site.

Free returns are calculated according to your Milk Level in the Breastfast Club!

To do this, go to your account, and the tab 'orders':

Select the order to make the return & choose an option:

1- For an exchange request:

- Check the item to be exchanged and indicate the reason for your exchange.

- Select the new size and/or color you wish to exchange.

2- To return an item for a refund or to issue a credit note:

- Check the item to be returned, specifying the reason for the return.


We will provide you with a return form to slip into your package (if you lost your delivery slip) and/or a prepaid return label* that you can print from home or visit a Post Office.

๐Ÿ“ฎOnce the package is prepared, simply drop it off at the Post Office.

Upon receipt of the package and depending on your request:

- We will make the exchange (subject to stock) & we will contact you by email.

- We will proceed to refund you & you will receive an automatic notification by email. Refunds may take 5 to 10 working days to appear in your bank account.

- We will issue a credit note linked to your customer account & we will send you the voucher code by email.

Some reasons for exchanges or returns will require the intervention of the Customer Service Team. For this, you will be asked to contact us via the Support Bubble.
